The first time I used Dustbox, I was impressed with their fast response (via email which was great, as I was not expecting a "high-tech" response) to offer me a few dates and times for their serviceman to come. Their worker came on time, took precautions to make sure my floor and furniture near the aircon area was well covered with newspapers to prevent any mess, and they did a good job with servicing the aircon and also topping up aircon gas. I have since used Dustbox for another 3 more aircon jobs, including for my father's house. Their pricing is market-rate and their service is very reliable.
