The problem

Dust, debris & contaminants.

Every cut, sand and tear-out puts micro-dust in the air. It hangs there long after the work stops, then drifts out of the room, settles on everything and turns a contained job into a whole-house cleanup.

The Dust Box pulls that airborne dust through a high-efficiency filter right where it’s made. The air clears in minutes, and the mess stays inside your work zone.

  • Micro-dust from cutting and sanding drywall
  • Debris from demo, plaster and tear-outs
  • Contaminants like mold spores stirred up in basements, attics and crawlspaces
Why the Dust Box

Durable. Easy to replace. Plug in & go.

Everything you need from an air scrubber, without the weight, bulk and price of the big units.

Durable & easy to transport

Brushed aluminum housing, locking latch and a carry handle. At 10 lbs and 4 inches deep, it goes wherever the job goes.

Quick & easy replacement

Pop the latch, lift the lid and swap the filter in seconds. It ships with a high-efficiency filter and takes any standard furnace filter.

Stand up & plug in

Set it on its feet, plug it into any outlet and flip the switch. Two built-in USB ports charge your phone while it runs.

Quickly clears the air

A high-flow fan rated up to 900 CFM eliminates airborne micro-dust in minutes, in spaces up to 1,200 sq ft.

Antimicrobial blue LED

A blue LED strip shines across the filter face, adding a layer of antimicrobial light where captured particles collect.

Keeps the mess contained

Catch dust at the source so it doesn’t drift through the rest of the house. Less cleanup, happier clients.

Filtration + light

Two ways to fight what’s in the air.

The filter catches the dust. The blue LED adds a second line of defense. Visible blue light in the roughly 405–450 nm range has been studied for its antimicrobial effect: it excites light-sensitive compounds inside bacteria and mold cells, producing reactive oxygen that damages them from the inside.

  • No UV, no ozone. Unlike UV-C units, visible blue light doesn’t produce ozone or that sharp electric smell.
  • No chemicals or fumes. Nothing sprayed or misted into a space you’re working in.
  • Works where it shines. The LEDs face the filter, the spot where airborne microbes get trapped.

The Dust Box is a job-site air-cleaning tool, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Blue-light effects depend on intensity and exposure time. Always use appropriate PPE and follow mold-remediation guidelines for your area.

FAQ

Questions from the field.

Is the Dust Box only for contractors?

No. It’s made for contractors and DIY’ers alike. If you’re sanding drywall in a bathroom remodel or tearing out a basement on the weekend, it keeps the dust in your work zone and out of the rest of the house.

How fast does it clear the air?

The Dust Box eliminates airborne micro-dust particles in minutes. Results depend on room size and how much dust is being made, so run it in the room where you’re working for the fastest results.

What filter does the Dust Box use?

The Dust Box ships with a high-efficiency furnace filter. When it needs replacing, use any standard furnace filter from the hardware store. No proprietary cartridges.

How much space does it cover?

The Dust Box is rated for spaces up to 1,200 sq ft, and its fan is rated up to 900 CFM. For the fastest results in heavy-dust work, run it in the room where the dust is being made.

How is it powered?

It plugs into any standard wall outlet or job-site extension cord. There’s a rocker switch on the side and two 5V 2.1A USB ports for charging devices.

How big and heavy is it?

About 21 × 14¾ × 4 inches and 10 lbs, with a carry handle on top. It’s easy to bring up a ladder or into a crawlspace.

Is the blue light safe to work around?

The Dust Box uses visible blue LEDs, not UV. It doesn’t produce ozone and is designed for occupied spaces. As with any bright light, avoid staring directly into the LEDs.

Does it replace a respirator?

No. The Dust Box cleans the air in the space, but you should still wear the PPE your job calls for. Together they make the work a lot cleaner and safer.
